24 Aug New Age Engineering Solutions Launches Youth Programmes

This year New Age Engineering Solutions (NAES) launched an Internship and Trainee programme. Both initiatives are aimed at upskilling the local youth for a period of 12 months. Just over 2000 applications were received for the programmes but only 26 candidates could be employed.
“As New Age we want to give the youth employment opportunities and help them to gain the necessary work experience that will make them employable graduates when the programme is over,” says Thendo Thangoane, Skills Development Facilitator at NAES.
